<p>Man is after all a thinking person. The moment he or she wakes up in the morning he or she starts thinking. Thoughts can be negative in nature as well as positive. In case, they are positive, then the person behaves in a positive manner. If he or she is full of negativity then he or she will react negatively.</p>
<p>Thinking can reflect in a gazed look, blinking of the eyes, closing the eyes to express a certain emotion and so on and so forth.. If a person is in love, his or her eyes will reflect the emotion. His or her actions would also enact those feelings. If a thought of love arises in the mind, the concerned person may stroke the hair of his beloved or kiss her. If a hateful or spiteful thought comes into the mind, than a person can also physically harm another person.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Divorce is a curse for the most divine relationship between two individuals called marriage. The severity of divorce is not limited to the life of couple, but it develops immoral roots in the lives of children as well. More than that, it contaminates the healthy environment of the society. Thus, a breaking marriage is responsible for impacting the social facet of human race.</p>
<p>In order to find preventive measures for divorce, we need to evaluate most significant reasons, which contribute towards this undesirable practice in the society.</p>
<p><b>Credit management incapability</b><br />
This happens to be the biggest culprit for adulterating the essence of a good relation. The inability of one of the spouses in managing the credit often leads to financial instability. The huge bills finding their way in the house may act as fuel for the dispute between two members of the family and often weakens their bond.</p>
<p><b>Sexual impotency</b><br />
The incapacity of one of the two spouses in satisfying other’s physical requirements leads to breaking of marriage forever. The sexual problems may arise due to a number of problems like impotency and unworthy sexual performances on bed.</p>

A spouse superior in any of the fields like intelligence, earning capacity, personality or social acceptance may also set the stage for divorce. In such situations, the other spouse feels inferior and fall as victim to the popularity of other. This causes the divorce to happen in the relation.</p>
<p><b>Undesirable habits</b><br />
The spouse addicted to bad habits like drugs, alcohol, gambling, spending extra time on work and other similar actions may irritate the other spouse to a level that he or she may opt for divorce. The indulgence in these habits may demand spoilage of family life especially that of children and thus, a person takes the path of divorce to avoid this to happen.</p>
<p>By evaluating these causes of divorce, the solutions are required to be devised in order to save the goodness of most influential institute called marriage.</p>

Let us ask ourselves some questions: What are the primary objectives of human life? It could be employment, money, intimate and loving relationship, possessions, name, fame etc. There is one element in all these which is common and that is &#8216;HAPPINESS&#8217;. Below are some of the fountains of happiness:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Move:</strong> Keep moving. Well, fitness is essential for good health which is one of the most vital ingredients of one&#8217;s happiness. Ayurveda says &#8220;Feeling of happiness and comfort is health&#8221;.  Even moderate exercise makes a huge difference on how you feel.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Eat right foods:</strong> Eating a well balanced food will keep you energetic and free from diseases.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Pursue pleasures of life:</strong> Relax, take naps, play with your kid and pet, all these adds to your happiness.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Think good for yourself:</strong> A good self image is foundation of happiness.</p>
<p>5. <strong>Promote peace:</strong> Promote peace at your home as this is the place where quest for peace begins. Promote nonviolent ways to solve problems at home, office or community.</p>
<p>6. <strong>Control stress:</strong> Never go for methods like smoking, drinking or overeating in order to relieve stress. In order to relieve tension use one of the methods below:</p>
<ul>
<li>Express your feelings to others. Talking about your problems with your good friend or spouse is a valuable way to reduce tension and stress.</li>
<li>Crying can also relieve tension. Crying is a part of emotional healing.</li>
<li>Express your feelings by writing, art works etc. if you cannot share it directly with others.</li>
<li>Take a long walk alone. After a long walk your stress level is a lower and becomes manageable.</li>
</ul>
<p>7. <strong>Avoid drugs and excess alcohol:</strong> Other then tons of health problems drugs and excess alcohol give you a host of psychological problems as well. If you are overusing it then violence, social isolation, difficulties at work and office is waiting for you and would haunt you soon. For real happiness avoid it completely.</p>
<p>8. <strong>Control your anger and hostility:</strong> Notice next time you start getting angry and try to identify the cause of anger. When angry, count up to 10 after a cold glass of water. Scream or shout in private places. This will make you feel better.</p>
<p>9. <strong>Think Positive:</strong> People with positive attitude enjoy life more then otherwise.</p>
<p>10. <strong>Avoid Guilt:</strong> Remember some things are out of our control so there is no way we could do anything about it. Stop feeling guilty on such things as &#8220;Some things just are&#8221;.</p>
<p>11. <strong>Meditation and Prayer:</strong> Prayer makes us happy in more then dozen ways. It helps in uplifting and increasing morale,  help reduce stress and anxiety, promote a more positive outlook, and strengthens our will to live.</p>
<p>12. <strong>Take middle path:</strong> Taking the mid path and avoiding extremes yields best results.</p>
