What foods to take for a healthy Keratin?

I know that vitamin b complex, proteins and minerals are important for the health keratin which in turn gives a healthy and shiny hairs. What are the foods that contain above? Can anyone let me know about that?

    Foods rich in Vitamin B Complex are Brewer’s yeast and liver.

    Foods containing minerals like copper and iron are meat, leafy vegetables.

    All these nutrients are also present in fresh salads, meat, liver, fresh fish, eggs and cheese.
