Women as well men like to keep a check on their weight. Women like to show off their figures and look attractive. Men want to look handsome and suave.  Naturally, they would like be careful about what they eat.

Obesity is a health condition which can cause serious diseases such as heart problems and diabetes, kidney failure etc. Being overweight cannot be over looked. Necessary action should be taken to ensure that your weight is within bounds. In other words, one has to diet.

Dieting does not mean just eating less. One must take the right kind of food to maintain one’s energy levels and good health condition.
