I found that learning some relaxation techniques and the use of a desensitizing cream helped me a whole lot. My PE was largely anxiety based and learning to relax before and during sex helped me last longer. I also got a hold of a cream that supposedly desensitizes the penis a bit. I don’t use it all the time but its kind of like a psychological “back up” I guess. I figure that if I feel like i’m gonna finish too fast I can stop and apply some of this cream and I’ll be able to last longer. Sometimes I use it sometimes I don’t. My girlfriend is really understanding and doesn’t mind this.

I have been facing the problrm of PE for some years now but it has deteriorated to an alarming state now. I have no voluntary control over my ejaculation and sometimes it happens without a complete erection , and sometimes during initial foreplay .. please help .. or recommend someone who can

with which doctor counselling should be done is it required to be a sexologist or psychologist???

and also kindly tell about relaxation in the case………..how it could be attained??

Whenever I try to penetrate it ejaculates within a second before penetration.

Please suggest suitable remedy for this.
