    1. Partner
      If you are a beginner then you might not feel motivated unless you get some support and the basic idea of a particular sport which you are interested in. But, if you have a partner then you can get motivation from your partner. If your partner does not have any basic idea then you might start describing the advantages of doing a particular sport or probably you could talk anything during your workouts to stay motivated.
    2. Treadmill or Normal Running
      A few of the beginners might have a confusion about running, that is whether to run on treadmill or opt for normal running. But, it is recommended to opt for normal running if you are a beginner. You can go for treadmill running once you become familiar with the running activities and workouts.
    3. Goal Setting
      Since you are a beginner, you might not have any idea of how the events are at national level are held against time. So, once you become familiar with running then, you have to set goals if you are appearing for an event at the national level.       When you have set a proper goal then you might be aware of the distance you have to run for your sport and the workouts that are necessary for your event which you are appearing for. Based on your goal set you might have to run accordingly.
