    Smart Tips for Running in the Rain
    The following are the smart tips for the runners who run in the rain for their running event.

    1. Layered Dressing
      Layered dressing can be helpful while running in the rain. When you run in the rain you might feel cold and there are chances for you to stop running. This might effect your running routine if you are appearing for an events at the national level. If you get dressed in layers then this might help you to remain warm and help you to continue your running workouts without any external disturbances.
    2. Cover your Head
      If your running in rain then you are advisable to cover your head while running. If you do not cover you head then you might get wet and this might become a cause to affect your running routine. This might also lead you to some other problems.
    3. Avoid Overdressing
      If you are running in the rain then you are recommended to wear a layered dressing but, do not get overly dressed. If you are overly dressed then you might have to face certain risks while running. If you are overly dressed then you might feel heavy then this might cause some disturbances while running.
    4. Visibility
      When raining it becomes difficult for a person to see the other person due to the fog. So, visibility plays a very important role while running. If you are running in the rain then make sure that you are wearing light colored clothes so that you are visible during running. If you do not follow this then you might have collisions with the people in your surroundings while running.
    5. Extra Pair of Shoes
      If you are running in the rain then your shoes might get wet and you might face some problems during your race. If you are running in the rain then you are advisable to carry an extra pair of running shoes. You can use your other pair of shoes just ahead of your race line that is just before your race starts.
    6. Protect the Electronics which you carry for your Run
      If you are carrying any electronic goods like mobile phone, ipod or a music player then you are recommended to protect your electronic goods by using proper carry bags for your electronics.
