    Instructions on Apparels for Running in Hot Weather
    It is very important for the runners to know how to get dressed while running in the hot weather. Dressing is very important as it is one of the common and main element of runner’s kits.

    The following are a few of the helpful tips which you can try out while running in the hot weather.

    1. Synthetic Garments
      Most of the runners assume that cotton is one of the best things to use in summer. This assumption might not be true in case of everyone especially runners. If you put on cotton clothes while running then your sweat might be absorbed but, they stick to your body while running. When they stick to your body you might not be comfortable while running. Runners are recommended to pick a comfortable synthetic garments for running. Synthetic garments get dry sooner compared to cotton. So, this is one of the reasons runners are advised not to put on cotton clothes while running.
    2. Running Socks
      It is very important for you to be careful when you are picking running socks for your sports. Never use a socks of 100% cotton especially during events. When you wear running socks of 100% cotton they tend to absorb the sweat and your feet remains wet through out the run and there are chances for the blisters to occur. Pick the socks that are good in wicking the moisture away while running.
    3. Never get Dressed in Layers
      A few of the runners might get dressed in layers while running. Dressing in layers is good if you are running in cold weather. Avoid layered dressing while running in the hot weather. You can pick the clothes which are light colored and of loose fitting. Clothes which are of loose fitting help you to stay cool naturally. If you wear tight clothes then you might not be comfortable as you sweat while running.
    4. Different Shades
      If you are running in hot weather there are chances for your eyes to get affected that is you might get headache when exposed to the bright light while running. So, you can try out a pair of sunglasses while running.
    5. Use Sunscreen Lotions
      While running in the hot weather, your skin get exposed to the hot sun.There are chances for your skin to tan and you might also face skin infections. So, you can use sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from harmful rays.
