    • Cleaning Soles of your Shoes
      Soles play a very important role when you are running. So, when your best marathon running shoes are damaged in water, then you can try this to avoid complete damage. You can remove the soles of your running shoes then wash them and dry them in hot sun. If your soles are not removable then you have to clean the soles of your running shoes using liquids to prevent infections. So, make sure that you are cleaning the soles whether removable or non-removable.
    • Removing Mud and Dirt
      It is obvious that mud remains while running for events. So, it is very important for you to remove the mud and the dirt from your running shoes. When the shoes are not completely cleaned then you might get infections in your feet. So, to avoid infections and blisters you are recommended to wash your shoes completely.
    • Use Newspaper to clean your Shoes
      When your shoes are wet then you can try this. Just take some newspapers and then wad up them into smaller pieces. Just put them in your wet shoes and make sure that you leave them for about 5min. Paper can absorb all the water content in your shoes. After this, remove the papers and dry your shoes using a dryer.
