Stinging nettle and quercetin are supplements, which act as mast cell stabilizers reducing inflammation.

    Herbal supplements can be helpful in dealing with allergies. Swelling is degreased with the aid of this herb. It is especially effective in treating allergy cough, sneezing and itchy eyes.

    – Acupuncture

    Acupuncture is an ancient medical practice. It can be helpful in allergy treatment. It is not based in western medical tradition and is, therefore, something that requires a level of trust from the person being treated. Some people have found it to be very effective form of remedy.
