    Lose Inches by Cutting Down on McDonalds Calories

    Experts opine that McDonalds is an ideal place to gain weight. McDonalds calories imply hot hamburgers, grilled sandwiches and lots of French fries. Though the menu looks awesome, you cannot be feasting too often on McDonalds if you want to lose inches.

    Can eating from McDonalds occasionally help you lose weight?

    Some experts are of the opinion that McDonalds nutrition does not affect a person that severely if you are eating the hamburgers and fries once a week. However, at the same time you would have to eat a balanced diet in the other 6 days of the week to lose inches around your belly, waist and elsewhere.

    Losing weight is not as easy as gaining weight is. However, eating a healthy and balanced diet in all other days can not only reduce the effect of fries and hamburgers on your body but also help you to lose the extra weight.

    Cut calories by managing your temptations, exercising and eating healthy food — veggies, fiber, etc. Then there is really no harm bingeing on McDonald’s food once in a week.

    Bingeing on Fast Food Can Only Increase Calories with Taste

    Reports suggest that Americans have increased their calorie consumption by 200 calories up from 70’s to the 90’s. It is believed that McDonalds nutrition also encourages total daily calorie intake which has increased for both men and women since the 70’s. Statistics reveal that for men the total calorie intake has increased by 170 calories and for women the increase is considered to be over 300 calories (Source).

    Fast foods whether available at McDonalds or elsewhere can help you only gain and not lose weight. Worse still, if accompanied with improper diets and less activity, then be sure that you are heading for the ditch and nobody can save you once you fall into it except yourself. So hurry, practice restraint and avoid binge eating at McDonalds to lose inches round your body.

      Their food and drinks and everything
      was fantastically damn good…
      its proven nutritious …
      and now they are saying that it can lose weight?
