    One of the ways in which one can reduce their weight is by going on a lemon and honey diet. People who are overweight are susceptible of having several diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, gall bladder disorder, stroke, breast cancer and arthritis. When excessive deposition of fat takes place in the tissues, it is known as obesity.

    For obesity and lowering of cholesterol levels, honey is the best natural remedy. It is highly beneficial for the treatment of obesity. Fasting on honey and lemon juice is the best diet tip for weight loss.

    How to Drink Lemon and Honey for Weight Loss:-

    • One teaspoon of honey mixed with two teaspoons of lime juice. Mix honey and lime juice in lukewarm water. Take this juice once in the morning on an empty stomach. You can take this juice after big and oily meal as well. It is an effective detox tonic and also helps you in digesting food easily.
    • Honey and warm water mobilizes fat stored in the body. These fats are used as a source of energy by the body.
    • Honey can also be used with milk. It provides deep and sleep and reduce stress.
    • Drinking honey, water and lemon juice alone will not help you to reduce weight. One has to do physical exercise to reduce weight. Have a balanced meal which comprises of essential minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins.
