    Health benefits of smoking cessation
    There are many immediate and long term benefits of quitting smoking. It gives better health, saves money and time and increases productivity. Quitting helps the body recuperate and rid itself of toxins that have accumulated in the body due to smoking. As the body recovers, it also slowly reduces the effects of smoking and tobacco on the body.

    • It decreases the risk for stroke, coronary heart diseases and vascular diseases within as little as a year or two of quitting.

      I smoked for several years. I recognize it damages my overall health and so I wish to give up smoking but it’s literally impossible. None of the stop smoking techniques helped me. Then I came across the e cigarettes. It has fortunately saved my life. No more breathing poisons feels fantastic!
