    Fitness exercises helps in relieving from stress. One of the best ways to relieve from stress is to do exercises for fitness. Experts suggest running to be one of the best fitness exercises. If you want to relieve your stress then running could be one of best way to do so.

    Four Fitness exercises
    The top four common fitness exercises are mentioned below.
    Walking
    People who cannot directly start with running exercise can start initially with walking. At the initial stages of your work you might feel tired but later on you might be getting used to the activity. Walking could be done either in early morning or in the evening. You can chose a place according to your convenience and then you can walk daily to remain healthy.

    Jogging
    Once you are used of regular walk you might not feel boring even though you start a new physical activity. You can start of your new physical activity with jogging. Since you have the habit of doing the physical activity you might not feel strenuous. But there are chances of getting leg pains when you go for jogging.

    Leg pains includes the ankle pains and the knee pains. You need to choose a proper place when you go for jogging. Most of the times people are suggested to jog on a particular tracks that are specially setup for runners.

    Running
    You can start off with the slow running as you are a beginner. You can do running based on your requirement that is, depending on the race which you are appearing for. You might feel stressed at the initial stages of your running. Running helps you to relieve all your stress and helps you in improving your mental stability.

    Stretching
    Stretching could be another workout for you to remain fit and healthy. Most of the runners do stretching to avoid tightening of muscles. Stretching will help to remain fit not just physically but also mentally.
