    Allergies can cause a great deal of stress in your life. This article will deal with alternative remedies to allergy symptoms. How can lavender and chamomile be used in allergy treatment?

    Allergies can often cause symptoms in the skin. You may experience rashes, hives and swelling. One of the best thing for skin related allergies is to take a bath in water with essential oils. Two of these most commonly used are chamomile and lavender. Bathing is a great way to relax and clean your body, which is good both for your physical and emotional health. Allergies can get better too because of the way the relaxation boosts your immune system and makes you better able to cope with allergy symptoms.

    Chamomile and Lavender in Bath Oils

    Bath oils often use either lavender or chamomile extracts. These will not only be soothing to the skin but provide much needed relaxation from the stress that allergy symptoms can cause.

    Dosage of bath oil will vary according to individual tastes but a small amount of two or three drops is enough for providing pleasant odor and relaxing feeling to your skin.

    Chamomile and Lavender in a Humidifier

    These essential oils can also be used in the humidifier. Just add a couple of drops of chamomile or lavender extract into the water in the humidifier and you have a great treatment for asthma symptoms.

    Warm Towels with Bath Oils

    In order to provide relaxation and treatment for the skin, you can also use a warm towel compressor with lavender or chamomile added in order to treat the allergy and help you with the fatigue, caused by the symptoms.
