    • Reduce stress
    • Stress is another factor that causes under eye circles. Therefore, stress reduction can help with this condition too.

    • Eat vegetables
    • Vegetables have lots of vitamins and nutrient which will help skin become healthy and glowing. It is also important to get a lot of calcium for dark circles because this will improve the skin as well. Magnesium is another mineral that is important for healthy skin. This is why magnesium deficiency can also be behind the condition. Eating healthy is, therefore, a good way to improve under eye dark circles. This can also help improve the adrenal function.

    • Check if cosmetics allergy might be behind you dark circles. If a cosmetic product is applied directly to the skin under the eyes, it is possible that it causes the condition.
