    • Arrive minimum 10 minutes before your massage schedule.
    • Relax your body before any treatment. A cup of tea can be useful.
    • Do not wear any fragrances like perfumes, aftershaves, strong lotions that may interfere with the aromatic effects of the herbs.
    • Do not take heavy meals immediately before your massages. Get a small and light snack.
    • Always prefer wearing yoga style clothings which are very comfortable after massage and do not soak your oil before it gets soaked into your body.
    • Avoid wearing very expensive cloths after massage as it may get oil-stained by the herbal oils.
    • Do not bring any disturbing things to your massage schedules like – mobile phones etc. All you need to bring is your open mind.
    • If you are not comfortable undergoing massages without any cloths, undergarments may be preferred.
    • Children under 18 must be accompanied by elders during the entire massage session.
    • Consult with the Ayurvedic consultant to chose among the best massage type suitable for you and your child.
    • Try performing a massage treatment once in every month while twice is extremely beneficial. If you are too stressed, get massaged daily.
    • If you are under any specific massage treatment, then your results will come out only if you do it regularly.
    • If you are feeling tensed because of your first session, try out some mantra, consult your Ayurvedic consultant. He would guide you how to relax.
    • Do not forget to check with your insurance providers if your massage therapy can be covered.
    • Do not forget to provide all your health details to your Ayurvedic therapist before undertaking any massage therapy.
    • Also check with your doctor before beginning any massage session.
    • Pregnant Women should always get consulted from their physicians before taking up any massage therapies.
    • Do not perform any massage treatment before the first trimester.
    • Do not get hurried and wake up immediately after your massage. Relax quietly on your massage table for few minutes after the massage.
    • Tipping the massage therapist is your own decision. Else charges are always discussed before starting of the session.
