    Pushkarmool Uses in Ayurveda

    Pushkarmool is an important herb in Ayurveda. The botanical name of pushkarmool is Inula recemosa and it belongs to the family Asteraceae. This herb in known by various names in Sanskrit such as Padma patra, Kushthabheda and Kashmira. Pushkarmool herb is used for treatment of various health disorders in Ayurveda.

    The roots of Pushkarmool herb are used for medicinal purposes. It is rich in chemicals such as inulin and alantolactone. The herb is used to treat various health conditions.
