    Castor Oil Can Reduce Blepharitis Inflammation

    Castor oil can reduce blepharitis inflammation. Blepharitis is known to be one of the most common forms of eye disorder. Eye discomfort, tearing and redness are caused due to blepharitis.

    The main symptoms of blepharitis include, burning, itching, gritty sensation and a grainy feeling in the eye. These symptoms are mainly worse usually upon awakening. Castor oil is very affective when it comes to treating eye disorders related to blepharitis.

    Caution needs to be observed while using castor oil for treating blepharitis. Upon the usage of castor oil, initially there could be an increase in inflammation of the eye. But if the pain can be ignored initially, the use of castor oil will prove to be quiet useful.

    Castor oil is to be applied over the eye lids and eye lashes with the help of your fingers. This needs to be exercised at least 3-4 times a day. Upon treating your eyes this way for at least one week, you will observe rapid reduction in eye inflammation and the discomforts associated with it.

    The best advantage of using castor oil is that it needs no precautions to be taken. It is very safe to use and thus can be applied on your eyes with confidence. Also, there are no side effects associated with castor oil treatment. The best part is you can definitely notice the results within a week’s time.
