    Sometimes, when you get stuck at something, you need to seek for some resources that can help you to solve the particular problem. But, even the good resources can create stress in your mind. Mostly, it is because your mind feels overwhelmed with the information, in addition to the urge to be hurry. To boost your productivity and effectiveness, you should avoid unnecessary knowledge because it can clutter your mind and contribute more stress in your mind.

    5. Focus and be direct
    When you are doing your work, you need to focus and be direct. Do not let your mind to wander in reverie. Focus is the key to boost your productivity. Focus can also calm your mind and minimize your stress level. When you can manage to be in focus in one particular task, you can complete it in a short time.

    6. Avoid unnecessary gaps
    When you need to complete the tasks at hand, you might want to take a rest, while other part of you want to keep working and finish the tasks immediately. When you are in the good flow of inspiration, you should avoid unnecessary gaps, unless you are really tired physically and mentally. This is because unnecessary gaps can disrupt your productivity and create stress at a later time.
