    Acupressure for weight loss now days has become the most popular technique to lose weight. Acupressure is an ancient technique of traditional Chinese medicine. Both acupuncture and acupressure are similar to each other. There is only one difference between both of them i.e in acupuncture, needles are used to put the pressure on the acupunture points whereas in acupressure needles are replaced with elbow and fingers.     • The appetite control points are located behind the ears, just at the point where the lobes connect with the ear. Pressuring these points helps to control overeating and hunger.

    Water Metabolism and Helps the body to relax

    • The next important point is spleen 6 which is located inside the ankle with a width of four fingers which is above the ankle bone. It helps in regulating metabolism and stimulate digestion, thus keeping the body relaxed.
    • The entire process of acupressure for weight loss depends on the application of pressure points on the appetite control point. Later on other pressure points are given such as large intestine 11, stomach 36, spleen 6 and liver 3. However, in order to give pressure points, one must be very familiar with the pressure points . For beginners it is advisable to take the help from an expert.

    However, acupressure for weight loss helps you in achieving the desired weight. Obesity is the cause of sedentary lifestyle, so acupressure alone will not help you to lose weight, you need to do lots of physical activities and maintain a healthy diet.
