    Weight Loss Exercises for Thighs

    For a healthy lifestyle, exercise is very important. Not doing exercise will make your lifestyle unhealthy.You will experience overweight and obesity problems. You are also likely to develop health related diseases in later life.

    Exercise is an effective method of losing weight. Exercise helps you to re-shape your body parts. Sensible dieting can solve the weight problem not exercising. Sometimes over-exercising can also lead to weight gain which can be dangerous. Do exercise regularly.

    Do not expect that you will lose weight quickly. Make yourself aware from your physical limitations.Get professional advice if you are unfit. Gradually you will improve your overall fitness.Take one step at a time. Make a schedule for yourself. Make plans which are realistic.

    Exercise for Fat Thighs:-

    • Go to regular aerobic exercise classes.
    • Do skipping for 10 minutes. 3 to 4 times a week.
    • Swimming will also be helpful to reduce your thigh fats.
    • Do brisk walking for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    • Buy exercise bike. Do not sit on the saddle instead stand up and peddle as fast as you can.
    • Stretch the area which you have exercise in order to avoid bulky muscles.
    • You can do squats anywhere you like to do and also with no equipment. Squats are easy and effective exercise. Stand with your legs wide apart. Bend your knees. Lower your body so that you are in a sitting position. Your knees should be bend 90 degree angle and arms should be straight. Stay like this for three seconds and then slowly stand up.
    • One more easy exercise which can make thighs thin is lunges. This will help you to burn fat and tone your thigh. Stand with your feet wide apart. Step one foot forward. Lower your body. It should be bent 90 degree. Keep your weight on your heel and knee directly above the ankle. Keep your back and neck straight. At your side hold 5 to 10 dumbbells in your hands while you do this.
