    Why Balanced Nutrition Diet is Important for Weight Loss?

    As science and technology have progressed, similarly Food has also undergone many changes and new aspects of food are now revealed. Nutrition plays a very vital role in dictating our daily food intake. Proper nutrition food is always taken for granted. Due to improper eating habits, the nutritious food is left unnoticed.In order to lose weight, a well balanced nutrition diet is necessary.

    Classification of Nutrition :-

    Carbohydrates and Fats:- They both act as energy sources of the body. One should have enough calories for proper growth and development.

    Water:- Our human body cannot survive without water. Drinking water removes all the toxins from the body thus helps in reducing weight.

    Minerals and Vitamins:- They both serve important functions of the body. In order to get energy and growth, you need to have vitamins and minerals in your diet.

    Proteins:-In order to maintain immune system in our body and to repair tissues of our body, intake of protein becomes very essential. It helps in healing healthy tissues thus preventing us from infections.

    One can try eating a balanced meal when he/she is experiencing indigestion and ulcers.Nutritious diet utilizes the body without any wastage.

    Balanced Nutrition Diet:-

    • Include high protein and low carbohydrate in your diet. Eat high protein food such as eggs, meat and cheese.
    • Eat fruits, vegetables, meat and whole grains. These food items contains all the required amount of minerals and vitamins.

    Quantity Taken:-

    • Eating too much beyond what is required results in obesity.
    • Eat correct portions of the food.
    • Reduce the quantity of food that you eat regularly.
    • Eat the right quantity of food which is required.

    Meals should be taken Regularly:-

    • Do not miss your breakfast. It is considered the most important meal of the day. Eat healthy breakfast, average sized lunch and a light dinner. Your body needs enough energy in the morning to perform well throughout the day.
    • Eat fruits,vegetables and nuts. They all are rich in proteins. They contain large amount of fiber which is very essential in removing body toxins.

    Food to be Avoided:-

    • Food heavy in spices.
    • Fatty foods
    • Starchy food
    • Food with additives.
    • Food consuming too much of salt and sugar
    • Check the calorie count of the food on your plate.
    • Avoid eating flesh food.It contains too much fats.
