    10 Ways to Build up Will Power to Quit Fagging

    One tries very hard to quit smoking. Not easy though. The mere thought of quitting smoking is not sufficient. One has to make efforts to take concrete action to attain results. Will power to quit smoking is essential for such results. How to develop will power?

    Will power for Quitting Smoking

    • Determination is essential to give it up completely. One should not give up half way through. One should take on the challenge
    • Do not give into temptations. The urge to smoke should be overcome
    • Do not give into peer group pressure. Your friends may try to lure you into smoking again. Do not give into their suggestions to start smoking again. After all, it is your life and you need to take care of it
    • Set up targets and try to reach them. Set a time period when you will stop smoking and make all efforts to reach that goal
    • Divert the mind whenever you have the urge to smoke. Go for a movie, or take a pleasant walk in the woods, which relaxes you
    • Spend more time with non-smokers. If you are in the company of smokers you may be tempted to smoke again. Do not go by your earlier failed attempts. You may win this time
    • Feel good about quitting. You must change your attitude. You must not regret quitting smoking
    • Ignore or rather bear the side-effects such as insomnia, irritability or sweating
    • Let your motivation levels to quit smoking be high. This way you can get over the addiction

    Take a decision to quit smoking and work on it. It, perhaps, may appear very difficult to do so in the beginning, but, through determination and will power, it is attainable.
