There are various ways to cleanse your body of nicotine, but going natural is possibly one of the best. This is because it does not put any more chemicals into your body to clean out the existing toxins. Natural detox consists of a number of different methods that help flush toxins out and help the system heal itself naturally by nourishing it. Natural detox includes the use of water, fresh juices, herbs and nutrient supplements along with an exercise routine.

How to go about natural nicotine detox?

    • Drinking lots of water is essential as this helps flush out toxins. Increasing your daily intake of water is preferable.
    • Along with water, you should also include lots of fresh vegetable and fruit juices in your daily diet. They help flush out toxins and provide much-needed nourishment to the body.
    • You can include some vitamin supplements in your daily routine to help make up for the lack of adequate nutrients in the body to help the body start the healing process.
    • There are some herbs that can help heat up the body and make you sweat, further accelerating the process of flushing toxins out. Some such herbs are cayenne pepper and ginger.
    • When you plan your smoking cessation program, make sure to plan out an exercise routine for yourself as well. Exercise helps lungs open up and start functioning better.

If you time and plan your quitting well, it can make the process easier and help you cope better with withdrawal symptoms as well as stay quit for good.
