Ask any smoker about the problems associated with smoking and they will be well aware of them. Still it becomes very difficult for smokers to quit smoking. This tendency to cling on to cigarettes is the obvious result of nicotine effects. The psychoactive effects created by nicotine can set a smoker craving for more cigarettes.

When it comes to health, bad is that which is usually considered to be harmful for your body and others. Smoking is one such habit that can not only harm you but others too. Another instance is that when people cannot control their eating patterns even when they know that they are struggling with obesity.
