    Stop Smoking: Side Effects

    To stop smoking is a big challenge for any individual. But once someone has decided to quit it what can be the effects on his/her body. Body becomes addict to nicotine. If it will not receive it what will be the consequence on body. Some of such consequences are discussed below:

    • Head aches: once the intake of nicotine is stopped the most common sensation is that of headaches. These can be mild or sever ones to. You can have painkillers to resist them.
    • Continuous tiredness: This is also a common symptom after quitting smoking. You will feel tired through out the day and feel laziness in carrying out your activities.
    • Depression: a situation like depression can occur in such conditions. You will feel like doing nothing, feeling angry, irritated. But you have overcome such situations with your strong will power and try to concentrate on work.
    • Urge for smoking: this is the most difficult phase; constant urge for having one for the last time; individual who wins over this urge will never fail again in his/her life. But it require will power to do so.
    • Loneliness & Anxiety: a feeling of loneliness and anxiety will develop which will provoke you to take cigarette for once. You have tackle such mental imbalances to quit smoking.

    The most important thing which the person who is quitting smoking has to remember is that he/she has to have a very strong will power. So, that they can conquer all the mental imbalances. You will have to involve yourself in various activities. This will help you to keep yourself busy. Avoid being alone because if you are alone or idol your mind will divert to same thing. So, keep yourself happy and busy.
