    Bad Breath

    Many people suffer from bad breath problem and people think that it is caused by eating or drinking something that causes odor in it. This is partially true but there are other factors that cause bad breath. Bad breath is also caused by sulfur compounds. There are certain areas in the mouth like in between teeth, top layer of tongue, in the throat and in tonsils where sulfur gets accumulated. Generally when we brush there are many areas in the mouth where the brush doesn’t reach and since these area gets neglected, it encourages bacteria to get accumulated and causes bad odor in the mouth.
    The areas that need more attention are tongue, tonsils and the throat. Even mouth wash help to a certain extend where the brush cannot reach. Thats why people gargle their mouth with a mouth wash. Now to help people suffering from bad breath doctors have come up with a spray that is called “ TheraBreath Extinguisher Breath Spray” which is sprayed in the mouth where the brush or mouth wash cannot reach.

    There are a few home tips that can help prevent bad breath

    Fenugreek : This is one of the best home remedy to prevent bad breath. Take one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and boil them in half liter of water on slow flame for 10 minutes. When it cools strain and then drink this water. A regular consumption of this water will gradually prevent bad breath.

    Avocado : It deals with intestinal food decomposition. when food doesn’t get digested it remains in the intestine and gets decomposed. The intestinal bacteria works on it producing foul gases and these gases reach the mouth producing bad odor. Having avocado regularly helps prevent bad breath.

    Parsley & Clove : Boil two cups of water and add some parsley and a few cloves. Strain the water and gargle it everyday. This prevents bad breath

    Guava : People who have gum problems, guava is a natural remedy. It contains calcium, manganese , phosphoric acid and tannic acid which strengthens the gums and teeth. It also protects from bacteria acts .
