    • Distance
      Distance is one of the common factor while considering the major aspects of track for running. Your running track should be of appropriate distance that is it should not be too long or too short. When you know the distance of your run that is, the distance of the event which you are appearing for then it becomes much easier for you to achieve your goals. Depending on the length of the track then accordingly you should run by covering the required distance for your event.
    • Neither Hard Surface Nor Soft One
      A few runners complain that while running the surface seems to be hard or soft. This happens when there is no proper selection of running track. So, proper selection of running is equally important as running apparels. Make sure that the surface of the running track is neither harder nor softer. If the surface of the running track is harder then you might face problems while running that is you find it difficult while running. If the surface of the running track is soft then you might slip off the ground while running. So, it is very important for you to be careful while choosing a proper track for running.
    • Obstacle Free
      Your running track should be obstacle free. If you have some obstacles in the track of your path, then you might not be able to run for your event in a proper manner. Running in a track which is obstacle free might be easier and even helpful for you to achieve your goals.
