    When do you replace your running shoes?
    If you have used running shoes for a longer time and they seems to be torn then you replace your shoes. But, there might certain instances where you have to replace your shoes as they might not no longer be useful for your training. When the shoes are no more durable then they easily get twisted. In case, you are able to twist your shoe easily then you need to replace them.

    Purchase two pair of shoes

    • A pair of running shoes are very important for the runners and the sports person. Runners are advised to have an extra pair of running shoes before the old shoes are worn out.
    • When you constantly do workouts using only a pair of shoes then, your feet might not get a break, that is, your feet might face some problems. By alternating your shoes your feet might get a break. Your feet gets relaxed by alternating the shoes.
    • During rainy season, you might face some problems when you have only a single pair of shoes. When you run with single pair of shoes, then you might have a smelling feet. This eventually leads to several problems.

    The following are the important tips for the runners to keep in mind before purchasing running shoes.

    • Measure both the foot by standing while purchasing new shoes.
    • Running shoes should be used only for workouts and training. If you use the shoes only for workouts and training then there are more chances for the shoes to last long.
    • Make sure that it matches your foot type and even the style of your running.
    • Never go for those shoes which are stylish. Choose only those shoes which are comfortable. When you are not comfortable with your running shoes then this might disturb your running routine.
    • A few of them assume that only expensive shoes are of good quality. This assumption might not be true. It is advisable to go for shoes that are ranging moderately.
    • It is advisable to use for walking instead of running. This makes you feel comfortable when you go for running.
