    • It is advisable that you carry your mobile when you go for running at night. In case, you land in to an unsafe place, then you can make out your way by calling to the nearby police station.

    • Most of the potential attackers watch the people who are running regularly during night times. These potential attackers attack people and might cause harm to the people.
    • In case, you find any suspect able person you can run to the safer place nearby and complain in the nearest police station.

    • Make sure that you have a proper running suit for your running. Make your self comfortable while running that is, you are advised to have a proper costume while running to avoid the risk of dangers.
