    Safety Tips for Interval Training
    The following are a few of the tips for interval training.

    • Warming Before Starting Workouts
      Warming plays very important role while doing workouts. Warming can be done before and after workouts. But, it is advisable that you do warming exercises before workouts to avoid muscle cramps. During your workouts you might face some injuries. When you are doing workouts then you might have to take proper care.
    • Goal Setting
      If you are appearing for event then you need to set a goal. When you set a goal for your event then you might get familiar and you might not face any problem when you attend your event. This is one of the reason runners are asked to set goals when they are appearing for national events.
    • Initial Start Off
      When you are practicing for your event then it is your responsibility to find out how to take over the initial start off for your event. A few of you might not have a proper idea as how to start for their event. If you do not know how to get the initial path for your event then you can try all the possible and the best ways for the initial start off.

      Never implement the paths which you are familiar on the day of your race. Choosing the right path during the initial start off does not mean that you start and end your event in only one direction, but, you have to choose such a path with which you can make yourself comfortable that is, you can run well for your event.

    • Maintaining Proper Running Pace
      A few of the runners might have the habit of running too faster while others might go for running slower at certain points of time. If you think that you are doing the same then one of the best way to overcome this is to avoid varied frequencies during your event. It is advisable to maintain proper running pace during event.
    • Repetitions
      If you are doing workouts then you need to even find the number of repetitions that you do for your workouts. If you are doing a few workouts then you might gradually increase depending on the event which you are appearing for. Repetitions can be done even during your daily practice session.
