    • Stair running is again of two types that is, up stair running and down stair running. While running up stairs, you might strain your muscles. Your muscles get relaxed when you run down stairs.

    • It is advisable that you set some goals before appearing for the event. When you set some goals you need to run accordingly based on the time.
    • Make sure that you have a good frequency while running. It is advised not to suddenly reduce your running intensity while running. You can reduce your speed slowly.
