    Tips for Lean Running Form
    The following are a few tips for lean running form.

    • Proper Posture for Run
      Proper running posture is very important for every sports person. When there is no proper running posture for runners there are lot of chances to face many problems while running.
    • Tucked Chin and Head up
      If your chin is left loose then you might intake oxygen from your mouth. So, you can take oxygen normally by avoiding the loose chin. You can overcome this problem when you head up and tuck the chin. If you want you test whether your breathing is proper or not then you can just try to communicate with your partner during your run.
    • Chest up
      Do not try to bend downwards while running. If you are running by bending downwards then breathing might not be proper while running that is, you might find some problem in breathing during your run.
    • Tucked Hip
      If you do not tuck your hip during your run, then you might not be able to run properly. If your hip is not tuck then there are chances for you to experience pain in the muscles.
    • Swing your Arms
      Do not put your arms tight while running this might affect the speed of your run. You can swing your arms while running to avoid the disturbances in your run. Swinging arms might help you to relax your muscles while running. You speed can be gradually increased when you relax your muscles.
    • Knees Down
      A few of the runners move the knees in the forward and up. It is advisable for you not to pick up your knees while running rather your knees should be relaxed while running.
    • Relaxed Calves and Ankles
      If your calves and ankles are relaxed then you might find easier to run that is by maintaining a proper pace while running.
    • Straight Feet
      Make sure that your toes point straight in the direction which you would like to go. Both feet and toes should be pointing straight while lean running.
