    common running mistakes.

    1. Avoid Running faster
      Running faster is one of the common aspect of runners. They run faster in order to finish their run in the alloted time. If you are running faster then you can avoid it by following one helpful tip.
      By practicing in proper and a planned way you can reduce your fast running but you can still maintain the same pace of running.
    2. New Apparels
      A few of the runners might not find out time to get apparels a week before their run. They get the running apparels and use them directly on the race day. If you use your brand new running apparels on your race day there are chances for the risk of injuries. So, one of the best way to avoid this mistake is make time for yourself in getting the running apparels at least a week before your running event. Make a list of things that you need for your event like the running shoes, and runners kits.
      When you do this way there are chances for you to avoid running injuries.
    3. Proper path
      While running a few runners might choose a particular path. But, it is very important to know whether it is proper or an improper selection of path. How to pick a proper path while running? If you feel that you are running on one of the edges of the track then you can consider yourself to be on the proper path. But, if you are taking a long curves while running then this can be an improper selection of path. If you take long curves while running then it takes lot of time for you to cover the distance in the alloted time.
    4. By Stretching and Warming
      A few of the runners might appear for the events without doing warming and stretching exercises. You have to face muscle catches if you run without warming and stretching exercises. Irrespective of the distance of the runs, you have to do warming and stretching exercises. This is one of the helpful ways to avoid muscle catches and cramps while running.
    5. Proper Food Consumption
      Food consumption is very important for every spots person. If you do not consume food in a proper portions then you might have to face risks. One of the helpful ways is to plan things accordingly and consume proper diet.
