    Good looks – Running is one of the best exercises as it increases muscle tissue by burning the excess fat. Running everyday helps you to lose weight and improves the muscle tissue. Thus it gives you good appearance and makes you look good.

    Teaches discipline –
    According to legendary field and track coach, Bruce Hamilton, runners subject themselves to most strict discipline and give up pleasures to attain goal in life. Once runners get used to running, they never give up and make this effort for a long period of time. Running everyday makes a person much dedicated and disciplined.

    Running everyday makes your heart work well and benefits the cardiovascular system. While running, the arterial walls become elastic and thus less force is required on the arterial walls for pumping the blood. Even the resting rate of the heart becomes low on running daily. The heart rate becomes around 60 beats per minute for a runner who runs everyday.
