Urine is used as a sample for many tests. For diseases like jaundice, diabetes, typhoid etc., urine test is considered very important. Depending on the type of toxins released by the body, a doctor can diagnose the ailment suffered by the patient. For instance, if a lot of sugar content is found in the urine, the patient is suffering with diabetes. Because in diabetes, the body produces a high quantity of sugar. Similar to this, there are a variety of urine tests for different diseases.

Fasting For Urine Test: Fasting is an important exercise when we are going for any medical test. When fasting is in practice, the body removes all toxic substances. Because of this, the body becomes clean from all the unwanted substances. This will give the exact results for your urine test. By fasting we are reducing the possibility of adding additional substances in the body, which may come in the urine. Ideally, 8 hours of fasting before a urine test is advised.

Urination During Fasting: During fasts, urination is increased initially, as the body tries to put out all the toxins from the body. This will change the color of urine, and also makes it a little difficult in passing the urine. The urine of some people is dark and has a very strong smell. This is a good sign, as this is an indication of the body passing out the toxins. After a period, the urine becomes normal, that is the body starts getting accustomed to conditions, and starts functioning normally.

Urine therapy is also all about flushing out the toxins from your body through urine. Water fast is followed to do urine therapy. A lot of water is consumed, so that it cleanses the body. Due to this, the blood passing through the body is filled with all nutrients. Many health improvements are observed by following this practice.
