    Natural Detoxification of the Body

    Our body is often abused by harmful toxins. These harmful toxins might consist of artificial ingredients that are found in the food that we eat or it could be from pharmaceutical medications or just from the air we breathe. If the toxin are left to be in the body for a longer period of time, it might result in severe diseases and even worse cause damage to the internal organs. Natural detoxification of the body is an effective way to remove all the harmful toxins from the body.

    Tips: Here are a few simple tips that will help you detox your body naturally.

    • Make sure that you include soluble fibre rich food like oat bran and apples in your diet. Basically, fibre is a substance that is perfectly capable of helping the digestive system to get rid of the cholesterol and all the other harmful substances from the body.
    • In a day, you are required to eat a minimum of 3-4 cups of leafy legumes. Include green vegetables like spinach, chard and kale as these are rich in chlorophyll and help in strengthening the liver and the kidney. The main part is that they help the body to flush out other environmental toxins like pesticides and heavy metals.
    • Ginger is believed to have an amazing effect in flushing out the toxins from the body and also stimulate blood circulation. You can either eat ginger by adding it to your cooking or just by taking a ginger capsule. If you do not like the flavour of ginger, grate little ginger and add it to your favourite dish, the taste of ginger might not be that apparent but it would serve the purpose.
    • Eat a lot of apricots each day. The salicylate present in apricots are quite helpful in improving the livers function and detoxification. It provides the body with a little extra energy and improves the metabolism. You can either eat 2 cups of dried apricots or 3 fresh apricot fruits.
    • Garlic is a natural blood purifier and a nice antibiotic. Add at least a garlic clove in your daily cooking or just pop in a garlic capsule.

    These simple easily available supplies will help to have a natural detoxification of the body.
