    Master Cleanse Instructions

    Way back in 1941, Mr. Stanley Burroughs created this amazing master cleanse diet that helps in getting rid of toxins from the body. It helps in curing a lot of ailments and of course helps in losing weight. Master cleanse is the perfect way to lose weight. However, it is instructed that the master cleanse should be followed for a minimum of 10 days.

    Instructions for Master Cleanse

    Make sure that you follow these simple instructions while doing a master cleanse:

    • Firstly, gather all the required ingredients. The things that you will require are lemons, cayenne pepper, Grade-B maple syrup, Epsom or sea salt, Herbal tea and Laxative tea.
    • While drinking, make sure all these ingredients are mixed with filtered water as the tap water might contain some chemicals which might slow the process of cleanse.
    • Do not jump right into the master cleanse. Prepare your body at least three days before going into the cleanse.
    • A few days before starting the master cleanse, limit your daily intake of red meat and other dairy products. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables. During the preparation process, eat more of organic foods like fruits, vegetables and grains. This will help in starting the detoxification. Slowly, get your body to get used to liquid diet, eat more of soups and broths and drink plenty of water.
    • Now, begin your master cleanse by drinking lemonade. To make lemonade sufficient for a day, mix 12 tablespoons of lemon juice with ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 12 tablespoons of Grade-B maple syrup with approximately 60 ounces of water. During your cleanse, you are going to get the required nutrition from this lemonade.
    • Start your day by drinking a saltwater flush. Just mix a liter of warm water with 2 tablespoons of un-iodized sea salt. This will take about 30 minutes for the body to flush as it acts as a laxative. Apart from that you can also drink laxative teas like senna tea.
    • All through the day drink the master cleanse lemonade. Also make sure that you drink plenty of water and even drinking herbal tea can be optional.
    • Preparing to start the diet is important, breaking out of it is also equally important. As the body is just used to liquid intake, do not jump right away into a solid diet. Start breaking it by eating simple organic foods like fruits and vegetable and then slowly move on to your regular diet.

    By following these simple Master Cleanse instructions your weight reduction can be quite effective.
