    • The next important factor is the quantity of juice to be taken everyday. It should depend on how fast is your cleaning system. Consuming large amounts of juices provides the body with more calories and consuming small amounts provides less calories.
    • One can prefer juices made from carrots, apples, grass, barley, wheat grass and certain other fruits and vegetables. Herbal teas, honey and lemon drinks also serve best for a three day juice fast.
    • For a specific three day fast, it should definitely include drinking apple juice for the first day and ginger or carrot juice on the second and third days. Or else, you can take only one type of juice for the three days along with consuming salad in the evening.
