    Aloe vera juice is a yellow liquid. It has a bitter taste. This juice is sold in a powder and a liquid form. The powder form is prepared by drying the liquid. It is brown in color because of exposure to air. Aloe vera juice has multiple properties. It helps mainly in weight loss. This article gives information about aloe vera juice diet and its benefits.

    It is an excellent nutritional supplement available naturally, which contains twenty minerals, about twelve vitamins and nineteen amino acids. Following are some of the benefits of aloe vera:
