    How to Detoxify your Body

    Our body is like the storage bag, where each one of us load it with quite a lot of food, that would taste yum only till it is on the tongue. As and when we keep eating, our body accumulates a lot of harmful and waste substances. So, we can detoxify the body and cleanse it from all impurities. You can follow it for a day or for seven days, but you need to make sure that you follow it.

    Tips: Here is how one can detoxify the body.

    • Consider water as your life and you can’t live without it. Drink plenty of water all through the day. But, make sure that you don’t drink water during your meals.
    • Every day, drink a glass of freshly squeezed lemon water mixed with honey. Have it early in the morning and one at night.
    • While you are detoxing, do not drink anything other than water. Sodas, carbohydrate drinks, wine and alcohol are all banned.
    • Make sure that you include green salads in your diet. To the salads add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
    • On empty stomach, have fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s advisable to eat loads of organic food.
    • It’s good if you chew your food 32 times. But, we know it’s not possible every time. However, make sure that you chew the food at least 15-20 times.
    • Include starches as well as proteins equally. But, eat starches in the morning and proteins at nights.
    • Sweat it out! Get that adrenaline pumping. In a day, exercise for at least 30 minutes or more. If you can’t, stick to exercising at least 3 days in a week.
    • Anything to do with food and it being white, please say goodbye to it. Be it pasta, white rice, flour , sugar or your favourite pastries restrict yourself from eating them.

    These are a few things that are quite essential for detoxifying the body. Also, do not forget to breath properly. The more the oxygen the better the detoxification.
