    How to Do a One Day Fasting With Honey And Lemon?

    Steps for Honey and Lemon Fasting
    Follow these simple steps to have a powerful one day fasting with honey and lemon:

    • In a glass of distilled or room temperature water, mix about 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and a pinch of white pepper. Mix until all the ingredients dissolve properly.
    • Before starting you morning walking, drink a glass of this juice. And, during the day, drink at least one glass of juice once in every one or two hours.
    • In a day you are required to consume a minimum of 8 to 12 glasses of the honey and lemon juice.
    • Just an hour before going to bed, drink a cup of gently and nice herbal laxative tea. This will complete your one day fasting.
    • Drinking laxative tea will help the body in clearing out all the excess harmful toxins from the body’s intestines and at the same time promotes colon cleansing.
    • After the one day fasting with honey and lemon, it is advisable to limit the food intake for about 5-10 days. Drink plenty of water and orange juice. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits and meats.
    • A one day fasting will help cleanse the body from all toxins, but if a healthy diet is followed after that, one can reduce weight and at the same time the digestive system is cleaned and also stays healthy.
