    Pros and Cons of Master Cleanse

    Master cleanse is a unique way to cleanse the digestive system and get rid of toxins. This also called as Maple syrup cleanse as the main diet is maple syrup. This cleanse claims to be effective in removing cravings associated with drugs, tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, cola drinks and junk food. This article gives the pros and cons of master cleanse.

    Pros of Master Cleanse:

    • It is the superior way of dieting as it dissolves all the types of fatty tissue.
    • With master cleanse, fat melts away at the rate of two pounds per day and the melting of the fat does not give any side effects.
    • Master cleanse is much more than a form of dieting. It helps to get rid of toxins which the body has accumulated for long time.
    • Calcium deposits in the joints and muscles are eliminated by the master cleanse.
    • Impurities accumulated in the liver, colon, spleen, heart and other organs are cleansed by the master cleanse.
    • Arteries and veins are returned to their normal functioning as the cholesterol deposits are eliminated by the master cleanse.
    • Pimples and other skin ailments are eliminated to a great extent by the cleanse.
    • Those who have undergone the cleanse have informed that they are experiencing relief from chronic pains in their bodies that were otherwise difficult to get rid of.

    • As the master cleanse requires lot of control on mind and body, it is difficult for a person who has less or no diet discipline.
    • The full benefit can be seen only after ten days and the practitioner needs to have patience and perseverance.

    However, the pros are more compared to cons. Hence master cleanse has become the most popular form of fasting diet.
