    The One Day Lemonade Cleanse Diet

    Sparing a day for a lemonade cleanse diet can be totally worth it. It helps the body to clear the intestines, liver, kidney and colon from harmful toxins. After a lemonade diet, you would feel very energized and amazing. In a week, one can follow the diet for a minimum of two days. This diet costs almost nothing and you can totally do it in the comfort of your home.

    Tips: Here’s how one does a lemonade cleanse diet.

    • Take two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, one tablespoon of honey and just a small pinch of white pepper in a glass. To this add water and stir well.
    • Every morning, make sure that you drink this lemonade. And, during the day, drink it every once in two hours.
    • In a day, a minimum of 8 to 12 glasses of lemonade has to be taken.
    • At the same time, drink a cup of nice and refreshing herbal laxative tea. This has to be taken just an hour before you sleep. This can be a perfect way to wrap up the perfect one day lemonade cleanse diet. However, it is not necessary that you drink herbal tea but drinking it would help the body to remove all the excess toxins and bacteria from the intestines and at the same time help in promoting the colon cleansing.
    • Even after the one day diet, make sure that you drink the lemonade for about 5-10 days. You can also drink orange juice. You can top this up by eating organic foods like fruits, vegetables and grains.

    This one day lemonade cleanse diet is quite helpful in removing all the harmful toxins and wastes from the body. This lemonade diet coupled with a nice healthy diet can be an amazing way to lose weight. It will not only help you lose weight but also help you to keep your digestive system clean.
