All the edibles which you are planning to include in your diet are supposed to be mixed in a juicer and then taken. That is why it is always advisable to have a good juicer to get the right blends of juices. A liquid fasting diet can last from 3โ€”40 days.

    Liquid is the only form of food which is digestible very easily and can give very high quantities of nutrients. When the digestive tract is not stressed so much, then the energy is diverted to other organs. This energy is used to cleanse the organs. This is the reason why liquid fasting is so important and advantageous.

    Benefits of Liquid Fasting: There are versatile benefits of liquid fasting. Some of the benefits are:

    • There is very less or no discomfort which is experienced while juice fasting.
    • Juice helps to cleanse the colon, as it carries away the toxic wastes present in them.
    • There is substantial weight loss.
    • You feel energetic and experience increased vitality.
    • The body organs are given more attention when compared to the digestive tract. It is said that the digestive tract is given a break from its regular functions.
